In some cases, a barrel rechambered to a tighter chamber just doesn't want to extract unfired rounds because of the depth the bullet seats into the leade (engraving). I have a Chacon Custom (Joe's proprietary chamber) that quite often will not extract an unfired round. I really don't see it as a BIG problem. I know it does it, so I just remove the magazine and pull the trigger off target. I can understand being an annoyance to some. But, spending the $$ and time MAY NOT totally solve the issue. ABSOLUTELY get rid of the stingers!

And dont just 'throw them away'; ie, in the garbage! (dangerous, that) They are usable, just not in semi-autos, and the best way to dispose of ammo is to shoot it up in something that can eat it.

Yes. I had CPC do the full tune up including the bolt.

I see what you mean about the stingers case being longer. I am going to give it a good cleaning, I had fired about 50 rounds when I noticed the problem, so it could be a dirty chamber contributing to this.

I tried to run a few winchester rounds through it and manually pull the bolt back to see if a different brand of ammo would be better. I got extraction about 1/2 the time with them.
