My Xt 22 did. I kept them and the magazines when I sent it back under warranty. When they offered me a new gun, I Said Or? And they said refund. I said yes! This was early in the Remlin period. I PIFd the magazines and use the scope bases on a RugerMark ll.

I used to watch a you tube channel, Mostly 22s , and the guy was a big Marlin bolt gun fan, so thought Id. Give one a try. No happiness for me, Im sad to say. But I do have a splendid Glenfield model 20 , a nice model 60, a 39a, and an 1894. And I am a big fan of the dnz products. All fine shooters. Had a Marlin 30/30 too, butt gifted it to my nephew who hunts a lot. The perfect deer rifle.

Toomany22s sir I have a lot of the early Marlin rifles and I don't really remember about my XT 22MSVR it might have...sorry guys getting old and buying to many rifles. I bought a lot of scope bases for my rifles.

Well , I only remember, because it was the one that got away. It was a beautiful gun, bull barrel, excellent fit and finish, and unlike most of my guns, brand new and had a box , with a big blue cowboy on it.

Toomany22s sir all I wanted was a 22mag rifle I could take out in bad weather when my older brother and I would head over to Cedarville to shoot gophers in April we almost always ran into rain showers and it even hailed on us one time...most of the time it would mist and get our rifles wet.

Anyway I bought mine from Buds for less than $250....and it is one super nice accurate rifle. I just bolted on a V-16 scope and went to sight it in with two other CZ rifles I had bought so I did not want to spend a lot of time with it..so I shot it first...and here are some pictures of that sight in target:

The first shot...I thought I missed the target until I walked up to it...and I thought man that was a luck shot...so I went back to my rifle and shot the other 3 rounds out of the magazine.

so here is the other three rounds:

I just could not believe it I knew I had something there and this is what the target looked like for my Marlin rifle:

Talking about being ready for bad weather. I know what I am taking with me. I have sighted in a lot of rifles in my life and never had one do this right out of the box...being brand new.

Edit; my 980V in front and the XT 22MSVR

Like a brand new car on a brand new road , perfectly alignment! ! I never shoot my first shot at paper anymore. Its always in the dirt, so I can see how many feet I have to adjust for to get the second shot on paper

Tomany22s sir trust me I was dancing all the way home that day and it was not because of the two CZs I also sighted in that day...being almost twice the price of my Marlin...my XT 22MSVR was the fastest sight in I have ever done...period end of story.

My two CZ did ok but took some time to get those two dialed in. I have also had my two feet to the right trying to sight in a rifle before so when you do get one like I did it will make you appreciate those special times when everything comes together.

I think that all of my 900 series and XT series bolt action rimfire rifles have come with Weaver-style bases installed.

The 882SSV came factory d&t, but it didn't come with Weaver-style bases installed.

I am learning it all depends on what year your rifle was built...some had them and others did not.

I believe that I also installed the Weaver base on my XT 22YR I've had it for a long time.
