Gunsmither blocks?

Will the Gunsmither blocks fit the 77-22? If not, what are the alternatives? I am considering redoing my years old bedding job on my '80s 77-22, and wonder if there will be any advantage to replacing the stock v block.
Thanx!

I tried an alternative I read here sometime back, that is not use the wedge block, instead retain the barrel with green locktite, I used sleeve retainer 609.
This caused direct improvement in groups. The fit of the barrel in the receiver was not loose, but not precision. The block would pull the barrel noticeably downward.
Its worth trying I think, the lockite can be more easily removed at much lower temperature by melting bees wax into the joint.

The Gunsmitherô Block will work just fine, as the 77/.22 uses the same barrel wedge block as a 10/22.
