Nice looking builds.
There seems to be a lot less interest in Tactical Builds anymore.
I still like em, and yours are nice looking examples .
How do they shoot?

Thanks.

I took both to the range this morning.

Had to re-zero the Romeo5 MRD since I changed it from a fixed mount to a QR ADM CASV mount. Got it nailed down at 25 yds since that covers my use at my IPSC club for PCC.

Zeroed the Weaver 2.5-7 out to 50 yds. The SR-22 shoots both really well with 0.5" groups with both sites using CCI Blazer. The Brownells M4 barrel shoots better than I expected, and has very good reviews at their site.

IMO it's a shame that Ruger dropped the SR-22 rifle since it runs well, at least with the barrel I have on it. Perhaps Ruger and Nordic Components had a falling out since the rifle and the conversion kits were discontinued by Ruger.

Zeroed the PMACA also. It was almost right on at 25 yds. on the first shot so I switched right to 50 and ended up with 0.5" groups also using the same ammo. I'll try it with other ammo to see if it will do better.

I'm happy the Brownells bull barrel (from their barreled action package, but not sold separately. so I don't have to get a new barrel for it. The old DTA Mil-Brake worked well also, but next time I take it to the range I'll screw a suppressor on it to see how it does with that on. So I'm happy with this build and how I have it rigged out works well.

My .02
