What do you fellas like for a front swivel, something that goes around the magazine or maybe something that screws into the end wood parallel to the magazine tube.

We can't get the new ammo here but I lucked into a brick (10 boxes) of the old white box rem worked out about $22.00 USD and a friend is bringing me over 10 boxes from N.Z. in june of last run Aguila so i'm good for awhile.

Yeah I get that but I was thinking it may interfere with the magazine. Was hoping there might have been a clamp on type like you see used on the barrel of lever actions but smaller to fit the mag tube

I'd be leery of taking a tumble with a strap on the tube and perhaps bending it. Maybe a cinch strap of sorts around both the barrel and the tube?
