Does anyone use a swfa scope for silhouette shooting? I have a 20x I'm thinking of putting on my 10/22 to try out.

Why not? Just try it.

SWFA SS 20 x 42

I am using one on a rifle I will be moving it from to another for increased magnification. I find the reticle does not work for me shooting paper at 50 yards, so will put it on a .222 for longer range shooting, and hunting.

20x MOA-quad has a floating dot. I really like it better than the mil-quad.

Some silhouette shooters have no problems with 20x or even higher, newer shooters may never be able to find the target with a 20x while it's weaving all over the place.

What works great off a rest isn't for everyone offhand without a great deal of practice.

Guess I'll give it a world. I'm pulling it off my PRS rifle since it's getting a upgrade and I've always wanted to shoot silhouette but never got around to finishing the rifle for it.
