Has anyone mounted a Trijicon SRO dot on a Black Mamba and if so how did you mount it?

You can use this mount! But it will set high! I like ultra dot LT better and mount comes with it and it’s sets a lot lower

Thanks for the info. How does the Ultradot compare in glass size to an SRO? Can the Ultradot battery be changed without removing the dot from the gun?

Here ya go. Used a Trijicon AC32004 Low Picatinny Rail Mount. Nestled right up to the rear sight without issue!

I have that SRO on my competition Pardini

I like the 5 MOA dot and I think that the single lens distorts the dot less for those of us with astigmatism as opposed to the tube style sight.

Also, the elevation adjustment is spot on when I switch from the 50 yard line to the 25 yard line. For those of us that are having problems with a starred dot or blurred dot, the Trijicon SRO is a viable although expensive option.

Regards,
Crankster

Yes Trijicon and aim point make very good dots ! They are a lot more expensive though! For under $300 I have had very good performance from ultra dot LT very nice round dot and don’t add much weight to the gun! I have only used them on 22 and the hold zero!

I used a low pro mount made by CZ Custom for the CZ Scorpion to mount a holosun. I believe this is probably as low as you can get. The holosun is low enough to still be able to use the irons, not sure if an SRO will.
