The Japanese mayo that comes in an unmarked squeeze bottle wrapped inside a plastic cover bag. Kewpie is the sold by name, available on Amazon of course.

Kewpie Mayonnaise is smooth and very rich and does not separate.

I brush chicken with it before putting it on the grill. Keeps it from sticking and drying out.

I make my own. After much experimentation, I've settled on an avocado/olive mix for the oil.

Most mayonnaise uses soybean oil, which I avoid like poison.
