Ruger 96/44 stock

Does anyone here know member on here that went by gatewood? Years ago someone told me he made a walnut stock to replace the factory birch wood for the Ruger 96/44 magnum lever rifle.

You might give these people a call, they made a couple beautiful Brno stocks for a member off the original he sent them. Lots of wood choices and quality work at a fair price.

I haven't heard of Claude Gatewood making anything in quite a while, and when he did it was sporadic.
