10/22 Take Down

Back in 1967 I wanted a International stocked 10/22 but it was $10.00 more- that was 2 bricks of ammo at the time. Fast forward- after several 10/22 builds I decided that it was time for a take down. Purchased a take down in a hard case and a international stock from S & P Outfitters. Stock was sent to MikeW 10/22TD Wood Stocks to have the stock conversion done. Now I have 2-in-one. A International stocked Take Down. If I can figure out how to add photos I will.20200106_141021_resized.jpg

TAKING UP WITH A NEW 10/22 TAKE DOWN

All my previous posts had been on the subject of a late comer to the CZ 452 and 455. Didn't even consider the 10/22 but that has changed.

Interest in a survival/backpacker takedown found me deciding on the Ruger and it's been a journey of sorts learning about it and the modifications - so thanks for the opportunity to share.

That full stock takedown is a good looking rifle.
