I really like that last pic! The natural wood look finish of the stocks is great! As to the big screw heads, I kinda like them. Very practical to use a large coin to turn them without marring them when out in the woods. You are indeed a lucky man with that trio of beauties

Hi guys, it was really nice to hear from you. I basically stopped collecting many years ago I suppose because I had everything I wanted except for this one and moved on to some other interests. I also have really bad rheumatoid arthritis in my wrist and ankles which curtailed my competitive shooting also. I turn 62 tomorrow and get my first Social Security check on the third so all is good blah blah blah... Of course a special thanks to Rich for finding the final piece of my puzzle and my attorney Mike for posting. I promise to get a picture up of all three SGs with a little history behind them if I can remember it. See ya, Iím out

Ham and Vert...thanks for posting that SG...it is a gorgeous rifle and a very nice addition to your collection. Always interesting to see the Ivy Wall Collection!

Congratulations on the acquisition Kevin. You have a great support staff of enablers. I'm about down to one elusive piece myself and then somehow stumble into something else that I just gotta have. So it goes on.
It's good to see a post from you.

Is the pursuit or the collection EVER complete?!? Sometimes I think the looking and planning are as much (more?) fun than the having.

MY O MY!! Those are some pretty rifles. Hope you shoot them regularly.
I turned 62 19yrs. ago, and have been collecting SS ever since. So, I guess I beat the system. I'm still shooting, and last week shot a 25 at trap. I shoot mostly trap, but with a lot of rifle and pistol thrown in too.

I sure hope there will be SS money left to fund my retirement shooting activities! I have big plans.

25's at trap are hard to do and I am glad to read about a SS collector of 19 years still being able to do that!

I am sure there will be plenty left for a yearly rat hunting expedition!

Wow my hat is off to you sir! To be shooting 25 at trap and still actively shooting at 81 is great. I hope I can make the same claim someday.
