The 12 gauge Winchester Model 25 full choke pump that I inherited from my grandfather. It was made in 1953 give or take a year, and crushes clay pigeons at the trap range. The thing had been sitting in my gun safe for a decade or more, and I just started shooting trap with it, but it's probably had no more than 1200 rounds through it.

I'm really into my ugly duck Remington 1100. I bought the gun as a pitted rust bucket without a barrel for $75.00. After a ton of work the rust was replaced with some flat black rattle can paint. I bought an equally ugly barrel and left it alone. I put around 1200 flawless rounds through it in six months. The 30" full choke barrel destroys clays! LOL

Brad

Before pic of the receiver.

After some TLC and the paint job.

My favorite is my only one. I paid $20 for it, in the form of 4 raffle tickets at $5 each at some event hosted by the Louisiana department of Wildlife and Fisheries.

It's a Remington 1187 in 20 gauge. Nice little gun, it handles well for me, nice and light, recoil is light enough not to hurt my trashed right shoulder. Synthetic stock. I only use it every now and then in pathetic attempts to break clays. I'm not very good at it, but I have fun.

I only have two shotguns. First is an old Remington 870 that I inherited from my Wife's Grandfather. The other is a pristine Browning A5 Light Twelve from the early eighties.

An Armas Garbi "Black Sable" SxS 12 gauge. AG makes only a few hundred shotguns each year and all are hand crafted by masters at their trade.

25" rust blued chopper lump barrels, gorgeous walnut straight hand stock, Holland & Holland action, selective ejectors, articulated front trigger and coin finished detachable side locks with cocking indicators. I bought it in Norwich, England, in 1986 or 1987.

It's light and like pointing a wand... an outstanding field gun.

The picture below shows a color case hardened action while mine is silver coin finished. Otherwise, they're much the same.

my old 870 is my go to never failed me never will meat gun/intimidator/protector
my fav. safe queen, my 1917 Parker Bros. Trojan dbl. brl.
my fav. shooter, my Antonio Zoli Silverhawk 20 ga. dbl. brl.
I bought the Zoli along with a Armas Bost(Eibar) at an online auction, never even held them, both had broken stocks so I figured they were worth a shot, they arrived and the Zoli would not function, frozen trigger and safety, 200.00 for both o them, some rem. action cleaner and fixed the stock and now have a fantastic little shooter, will refurbish the Bost and sell it for a good profit

I'm currently partial to a Krieghoff M32 combo for some reason. I have other K guns more modern and better suited to their sport, but the old girl has a very low round count and really performs beautifully. Still has that God awful red finish on the stock and forearm no less!

Just found this thread. Well, my favorite shotgun is also my first and only shotgun for now. I bought this Remington 870 Police Magnum new in 2012. It fills the home defense role, fun range use, and steel plate competitions. I've got somewhere between 2,500-3,000 rounds through it right now. Pictured with my 10/22 TD.

Depends on what I'm doing. Right now my favorite 12 gauge is my Mossberg JM Pro 930. During deer season my Remington 1100 semi with rifled barrel. For birds/clays probably my Mossberg 500.

My most fav shotgun is my Krieghoff Semper, (made in 1935)

Second most fav. is my Remington 1900 (made in 1905) that dad bought in the 40's for $10.00... I fixed it up a little since then,

It has pretty decent wood and checkering on it too,

Third most fav is my Remington 870 light weight 20ga...
