I also ordered 12 more V-Max last night. I didn't want to be an ammo hog, so only ordered $100 worth to get the free shipping. But...this is the third time I've put in an order like this the past week!

I keep telling myself that I don't need any more Magnum ammo, but at this price I can't say NO. Buying 22 Magnum ammo at Long Rifle prices is too hard to resist.

My thanks to the OP for giving us the heads up on this incredible deal.

I guess you know that you all are enablers and, after reading several posts, I just had to place another order for 15 boxes (plus 15 free) of .22 magnum 30 grain V-Max ammo at Reed's!! That being said, I suppose one never has enough ammo with the zombies, foreign invaders, outer space aliens, etc. lurking at our doorstep. It's best to be prepared! You never know...

They sell both CCI and Hornady 30VMAX 22mag with buy-one get-one. The CCI is less expense. I think the quality if not actual maker is the same. But lot to lot there is variation so; if I were buying multiple bricks, I would include both.

Yup, that's what I did too. Bought 2 bricks of the Hornady V-Max to go along with the CCI. At $6.25/box, it's still a deal.

I've heard before that these two rounds are the same cartridge, just different color poly tips, but on close inspection the bullets are not identical. At least with my lots. The profiles are slightly different, and the CCI bullet has (very hard to see without magnification) small cuts in the jacket at the nose for expansion that the Hornady lacks.

Reeds is great. I've order 3 cases of CCI TMJ 40gr as that shoots best in my rifles.

Reeds did make a mistake and sent me an extra case so I need to call them in the morning and let them know. Hopefully someone out there didn't get shorted on their order. I didn't plan on having a 4th case, but at those prices, I'm glad to have it.

How can this be beat...BOGO with free shipping? I have $107 and change invested in 500 rounds of CCI 30gr. V-Max and 500 rounds of Hornady
30gr. V-Max.

I shoot .22lr mostly and this 22 mag order will last me a long time.

I am a happy shooter.

Just ordered 20 boxes and will be getting 40. That's a whole case of 2000rnds for $250 shipped. That's like $6.25/box. Never bought it that cheap before, ever. I may get a second case come payday if it's still going.

When I try to open reedsports.com website I just get a blank page? I'm using an apple. I've never had another site not open like this?

I'd like to get some of the WMR ammo though.

It is still on for some products, they just aren't calling it BOGO.

Some items have a "VIP Price" that is 50% off the regular price.
