Classic Benchrest

Trying to find a traditional style benchrest stock that is 100% inletted and finished and in inventory. It has been surprisingly difficult to find one.

Microfit has the right style but they require fitting and finishing. Boyd's and Bell & Carlson have finished stocks but they are thumbhole or combination varmint/target stocks with sling swivel studs. McMillan has the exact style I want but I do not see the 10/22 action as one that they have stocks for. Tony Mele made a perfect one but it seems they are no longer available. A one off custom stock will take a wait and I would like to obtain one now. Others like Titan can be used for benchrest but are not the single purpose, classic benchrest style.

Somebody must have one in stock, ready to ship but I can't seem to find one. Any suggestions?

ABRA ((-Joe Chacon) has one.

That stock is also a TM but an exclusive design for ABRA.

$400 shipped.

Beautiful creation, imho.

It is a green and somewhat light brown combo.

Wish I could post a link but I am just using my tab right now,

Had a Titan but sold it right away.

Tha barrel channel was too wide like it was meant for a double barrel scattergun, lol!.

Thank you guys. I have info to work with now.

Dr. Gunner, I can't tell from a quick look but does that Anschutz Target model have a completely flat forend? Looks flat in the picture but could be kind of rounded. I will call them and get details.

I see how to order from the ABRA website. Not sure how to contact lbjennings but I can try a search here and see what comes up.

Thanks again.

Spider-

Iíve handled one- itís flat with rounded corners, but only 2Ē wide. If you want a true BR stock, youíll want something wider. I used a Stockys Eliminator and bought a 3Ē wide blank from Boyds in the same color laminate and had azguy/George build me a full custom BR stock. It features a 3Ē wide flat foreend, parallel to the Lilja bore, a coffin bottom rear bag surface, also parallel and an adjustable Bisley butt pad:

Hereís the contest thread-

And hereís a thread George posted pic heavy on the stock build. It cost a good chunk, but itís EXACTLY what I wanted.
