Cantilever scope mounts for CZ 455

Any suggestions for a cantilever scope mount?
This past weekend I shot Appleseed. I found that my set up with Tally mounts as far possible did not allow me to get a sight picture on my vortex scope in the prone position. I had to hold my head back and would loose it with every bolt action. A fellow at the event had put on a picatinne rail adapter on a 10/22 and was running p series Nikon cantilever mounts. I have found some air gun mounts for 11 mm, but nothing that I considered quality enough. I am thinking now I will use the picatinny rail solution, and with it may not even need to have a cantilever mount as it extends forward.

I have a new sealed package of extended Sportsmatch rings. These are high quality 11mm rings. I also have a set out of the wrapper. PM me if you are interested.

There is a new rail available for the CZ 455. It is made by "Area 419". They are available in either 15 or 30 moa and have a spirit level built-in to the rear of the base. Try area419.com or you can call them @ 419-830-8353.

Should be a better answer then 100.00 for a rale, check out Burris.com and ask about your problem they may be able to set u up with some different rings with elevated degree's that may work, just guessing.
