I take the leg and thigh sections off and then the wings. From there my most favorite thing is to make mashed potatoes with sour cream and blue cheese crumbles. Then cube up the chicken breast into bite size pieces. Put some potatoes in a bowl and put some chicken chunks that have been heavily tossed in Franks Buffalo Sauce on top. Then sprinkle some French’s canned onion rings on top. I think I just had a small flash flood in my mouth.

After buying a few rotisserie chickens , we discovered they are the most horrible things out their. Disgusting and usually raw. We stay away. No luck for us with those things. Ugh!!!

Buy one each trip to costco.

Eat the legs thighs and wings.

Cube up the whitemeat and make chicken salad. Usually with wasabi mayo and diced jalapeños and diced red onion.

But sometimes with just mayo apples and pecans.

When i was a kid, we would go to the PX barbecue, and they had rotisserie ribs on the skewars above the chickens. Drip Drip Drip.
The ribs were great, but the chicken was fantastic.

Usually just tear off pieces with my fingers. I buy one (Costco) every couple of months or so to snack on. Dog usually gets most of the breast meat.

I'm a big fan of chicken salad. I buy or cook rotisserie chickens to debone for chicken salad. Its a lot of trouble but well worth the effort.

We have gotten them at our local grocery store. Eat legs. The breast meat. Then a complete tear down and make chicken salad with Helmen's mayo, onions, celery.

And actually we eat it with our mouths. That's what your supposed to do right?

I save the legs and thighs, and wings for lunches at my desk, the breast meat is cut up, and we make chicken burritos out of it or chicken quesadillas.

Wife likes BBQ chicken quesadillas

We had a rotisserie chicken once and it was fantastic. Every one after was horrible. We are just unlucky with the rotisserie chicken lottery. My buddy makes a chicken to die for. He won’t really share his secrets. Sometimes he cooks in his oven sometimes in his wood fired pizza oven. Meat is white and juicy. Skin is crispy.
