100.00 for the rifle, 20 bux for two extra mags, 114 for the APV, 82 for the RB trigger, an 30 for the Signature rings..........popping 'chucks all weekend with my 12 year old son............PRICELESS!

Behind the hummer is my 882ssv with RB trigger, Millet angel locs, and a cheapie 4-12x40 Tasco that hasn't failed me yet. Stock was bought direct from Marlin ( 882's came with tupperware stocks ) and it's glass bedded. Gun is superbly accurate. I can't believe how bright the APV is for an "economical " scope and will heavily consider getting another one for the 882.

I'm not sure what's next for the .17. I like the Savage brown laminate but Boyd's Evolution in Nutmeg is pretty cool too ( albiet different). I ll be sighten' her in in a couple weekends and can't wait! I ll post picks when she's in.

Two nice rifles, but I have to agree, time spent shooting with your son -- how could you go wrong, and how could it get any better?

And how, Triplebike/timberbeast!

My oldest (12 ) loves to be in the woods with me. He used to sit in a buddy stand with me bow hunting/gun hunting for hours....still as the treee itself. Two years ago he shot his first dear with a .410 in the stand with me. Last year he harvested one on his own.....excellent shot. He loves seeing all the other animals in the woods....we ve had skunks walk up underneath us...even had a red tailed hawk land on a limb just feet in front of us while in our tree stand hunting! So many stories...it's the best.

He's responsible; respectful of what mother nature provides us....I m real proud of him. And yes, if we kill 'em, we eat 'em!

God and Guns....

I have a 6 and a 3 too. They can't wait till they can be in the woods!

Priceless!

A friend did some trading and ended up having only 100.00 into this gun. He sold it to me for 120.00 but gave me two additional magazines!

I have a feeling he was terribly dissapointed with the stock trigger. It alos had a cheapy BSA 4x scope on it that was cranked down so tight that the tube was kinked.

He said he just wanted what he had into it. Sooo......there u have it!

It makes it sooo much easier to drop some coin into it to bring it up to speed, ya know?!

I got it sighted in today. I cannot believe how nice these little guns are. I ll post pics later tonight when I get a chance.

Thanks!
