I do think that the flat mag release gives them a cleaner look. And the dark wood is very handsome. Really , anodized receivers , not painted? Anyways heres mine , not quite as classic, but i think shes pretty. And most important , she shoots very tight.!

my favorite variation...it's just so retro looking


only thing that could make it better is if it were all steel, instead of aluminum

I did not know that they had made a takedown model. I would like one of those in an all blued/ black metal finish. I do have a standard international, and have a vintage Weaver K 3 on order for it, with a German post reticule.

no but i think there are more than a few that might like one - hint - i would , thats fine workmanship on that custom item , i think i might like a maple version ,

Here is my Wally world clone..
I agree...it took some doing to get it to match my buddy's original Walmart international Mannlicher.
I think ? He bought his late 80s or early 90s..
I had to polish everything on the inside of the receiver..
And used a CPC'd Ruger bolt.. and the charge handle and guide rod are custom..
All that, to get it as smooth as his old rifle.
