Henry Customer Service is always great. I have a 24" Frontier that has a problem with jamming rounds nose high into the chamber. I thought it was probably a carrier and/or feed lever issue so I called Henry and they suggested sending the gun back. I'm pretty comfortable with general gun smithing so I asked if they could just send me the parts and they said no problem. Parts arrived 3 days later, no charge. Installed them and problem solved.

I have heard nothing but great reviews of Henry's customer service. For them to send you the parts to do the correction yourself is rare in today's world, everyone is so frightened of lawsuits. It's good to hear, hope it takes care of the problems.

Henry's customer service is definitely impeccable, I have a 30/30 that I paid a pretty penny for that had a little imperfection on it that I was not happy with. They took care of everything including shipping both ways. USA made quality and service.

Was this a problem from when new or did it develop over time.

It was occasional when it was new, and got progressively worse. My wife was getting really frustrated with it because it was jamming every 10 rounds, or so. She shot a box of ammo thru it today and it ran flawlessly.

I can echo the quality of customer service at Henry.

I bought a .44 Mag Big boy almost ten years ago, a year into owning it the firing pin broke during a competition.

I e-mailed them at about 8am on the Tuesday morning after the competition, allowing for a roughly 5 hour time difference between the UK and US, I had a reply from Anthony Imperato at midday UK time, so about start of business day for him, twenty minutes later this was followed up by a message from their export manager asking for my postal address.

Exactly seven days later I received a small packet containing two new firing pins and a Henry badge FOC.

I can't fault them in any way for their helpfulness.

I have seven Henrys. I have had issues with three of them. Two were relativity minor. Henry made me happy every time. The last time around they replaced the rifle.

Recently after a trip to the range to fire my Big Boy Steel in .357 magnum, I noticed that the follower to my inner magazine tube was stuck up inside the tube about one half inch. Although the rifle performed well with the follower stuck up inside the tube, I knew that the follower was not supposed to be stuck up inside like it was. I called Henry about this and the technician I spoke to immediately told me she would send me a new inner magazine tube. I told her I had just called to see how I could get the follower to come back out like it was supposed to,but she said not to worry about it and that she was sending me a new tube. She did this even after I told her the rifle was NOT malfunctioning. Anyway, I got the new tube a few days later. Situations like this is why I will continue to buy products from Henry Repeating Arms. I plan to buy a Big Boy Brass in .44 magnum next.

I own 2 Henry’s 22 SGR and a Big Boy blued 44 mag... no prob with mine and I plan on getting a Long Ranger in 243... Henry’s doing it right!!! WTG Henry!!!
