Colt AR mags?

Log in to see fewer ads
Looked at a Colt AR15 .22 this afternoon , the rifle not the carbine, was about to reach for my wallet when I was told the huge 30 round mag was the only one available. Is this clerk correct, that thing was just ridiculous, would like to have one that is comparable in size to the "real" 20 round mag. Thanks.

While I cannot say these are factory magazines, it does appear there are others available if I have found the correct gun.

Good Luck.

It can be a very confusing situation regarding the various .22 replicas, conversations & uppers,on the market now. Magazine wise.

Probably the best thing you can do is identify the original manufacturer either of the .22 caliber conversation kit, upper, or replica. Get the magazine for that specific model, if possible. If your not sure, contact the manufacturer on guidance for specific magazines.

You can buy the magazines direct from Walther.

http://store.waltherarms.com/tactica...ire-magazines/

The part numbers are:

M4 / M16 10-rnd Magazine 576600
M4 / M16 20-rnd Magazine 576602
M4 / M16 30-rnd Magazine 576604

Cheaper than Dirt does carry the factory magazines, but I will not do business with them because of their scalping pricing policies on rimfire ammo.

Thanks, Nolan. I appreciate the info. I will quit shooting before I spend one red cent at CTD.

Colt M4 magazines & GTD

First off, there are 10, 20 & 30 rd mags available. I just got a catalog the other day from CDNN / www.cdnnsports.com ,. 10 rd was $25, 20 & 30 was $30. These are Colt factory.
I also want to add my opinion of Cheaper than dirt : I agree with Nolan, they are gouging .22 ammo prices.
I bought a 1400 rd bucket of Remington for $57.99 when first offered. They price is now over $90 for the same thing. They are off my buy list & on my you know what list.

Fellow members I'm sorry for posting a link from that company.......
I in no way meant to try to steer anyone to buy from them, it was meant to be more of whats available for purchase....... from another reasonable vendor.....
But just in case you need a little ammo......Today's CTD special......

That's only $0.37 a round.

What a deal…

Here's hoping they go broke soon.

Ctd

,22 ammo should be priced 4 or 5 cents per round. You would have to be crazy to spend 37 cents. I just sent them an email telling them their greed is costing them customers that won't return.

Check with your LGS. My local dealer ordered my spare factory mags. They were cheaper than me ordering from Umarex and there was no shipping. Hate to admit to CRS but I have forgotten what they cost. Just remember that it was less than from Umarex.
