Just wondering how many of our users are part of the new wave and have given up desktop computers completely and do all their surfing on some type of portable device.

"Mostly" means more than 50% of the time.

Haven't had a desktop in ten years and ditched my laptop when the iPad came out.
A smart phone is ok in a pinch, but the old mini iPad is just the right size.
IMHO.YMMV as Al would say

old fashioned

I am still using my Mac desktop. I like the big screen. Got rid of my laptop long ago. I have an iPad but don't use it much; never for browsing Rimfire Central.

I use a desktop with 27" screen only. Desktop is in my den/office/junk room. We watch all our streaming of Netflix, Prime and Acorn on the desktop.
My wife has a laptop she uses at her desk in the living room..........

Mostly a laptop. I don't see the "New posts" link on the mobile version, so using my phone is too much work to check each forum manually. When I do use my cell phone, I just check a couple of the busy ones, or one I posted in recently.

I use a desktop/laptop almost exclusively. Cell phone/tapatalk if I'm on line at the bank. Much of what I like to do requires links to pictures, which is much easier to do on a desktop where I can have multiple windows open.

Mostly smart phone, but I prefer the desktop view rather than the mobile version.

Desk top only, with 27" monitor. It allows me to read without my glasses as I alway misplace them. iPad only when traveling and very little as I do not know how to post pictures with it. I used my iPad to sketch a lot.

I have a desktop, a laptop, a iPad and a iPhone. The desktop wins about 99% of the time.
