My Squirrel Killer

Just learned to squirrel hunt this fall, finally upgraded my 10/22 with new stock and a lighter barrel and trigger from KIDD to make those offhand shots. Got this guy at 20 yards after I surprised him while on the way up the hill to my usual spots.

Shot me a small "sammich buck" on the 3rd day of our Indiana firearm season. It was real foggy, and I thought I was shooting at a big doe. Dropped it on the spot. Walked up and it was a small racked spike. Oh well, back to hunting limb chickens!

That'll eat just fine! Nicely done on a Hoosier corn-fed deer.

So that's where you've been. Nice deer. I just can't seem to get in the mood.

Very nice looking squirrel rifle and looks like fun times to come your way! You will fully enjoy walking the woods while squirrel hunting for sure!

It doesnt get any better than that. I have owned Parkers and LC Smiths. I wish I had kept them.
