Whistlepig Barrel Sale, 40% Off

Log in to see fewer ads
Many of the Whistlepig 10/22 barrels (and some Precision Rimfire) are on sale from now thru the end of December 2019 at 40% Off. Whistlepig is well known for their Acculite line of .920 bull barrels, aluminum over a steel liner. I bought one last year and liked it so much that I got two more today.

https://www.wpgbc.com/

Just for info, a standard profile 18.5 inch 10/22 barrel weighs 29 oz. A Whistlepig 18.5 inch bull barrel weighs 19 oz.

Thanks for the tip

I have heard good things about Whistle Pig barrels for quite some time now.
It's probably time to buy one

Great prices!

A big thanks for the heads up on the sale. Just ordered a 16.5 barrel for less than 100 bucks shipped. Can't wait to receive it.

Looked over their site and is very interesting. They state all USA made products; so who makes their blanks for them? Kidd says his comes from Walther, Feddersen makes his in house, so who makes everyone elses? Just be nice to know...........................

My two arrived. These are the second and third, purchased the first about a year ago and have been well pleased both with the appearance and the accuracy. These two are a fluted/matte finish (already mounted it) and a brushed finish without flutes to hold for a future build. Both are 16.5 and not threaded.

Great holiday deal!

Oooo
Those are nice looking barrels

Thinking back, I shoulda spent a few bucks more and bought a polished aluminum instead of the 18" fluted black barrel

That's ok
Shoots good

With the sale being over, It looks like I have a clear case of
Coulda
Shoulda
Woulda

those aluminum tenons still have me somewhat worried about longevity when you have a steel bolt slamming against them with every round fired

I’ve shot close to a brick of ammo through my first one and haven’t seen any damage the breech face .
After my first range trip , I immediately ordered another while they were on sale .
Wish I’d ordered a black one while I could have backordered it .
They make a fun shooting rifle . But so does a Kidd ULW .
