Expansion
I've been busy since I bought that 457 Jaguar. I now have a Lux stock, and American stock, and two American barrels -- a 20" and a 24", and, of course, the original Jaguar stock and barrel. So all kinds of permutations are possible with that single 457 action.

The 455 and 457 are like big Boys erector sets, you can configure them in so many ways, I have 4 457's and only the Varmint is stock, the other three have been modded in some manner whether a different stock or barrel.

Ive pondered the possibility of saving space by just keeping one 455 receiver, and all the barrels and stocks and selling off the actions .
But , then the realization of what a pia. That would be. Plus then i could only shoot one cz on a range day.

Nah,...hopefully your 457 will deserve one like one of your very mostest nicest ones.

That's just cruel Doug. Might as well be driving a Ferrari to a trailer park poker game, hopping out and saying, "Well what do you think boys?"
...and now I have to wipe drool off my keyboard!

Hey Frank for me that would only be a Sunday shooter...white glove treatment from trunk to bench and back...way too nice to take afield. Doug sir thanks for sharing
I do have one real nice CZ rimfire rifle and I had to buy another one same model/caliber with a plain stock so I could take mine out hunting...I don't have the guts to take out my fancy one it would break my heart to ding or scratch it up.

Mr Signalman sir, I'd have learn Francaise just so I could whisper sweet nothings to it while I rubbed it down lovingly with Renaissance wax once a month before putting it back into it's velvet lined climate controlled glass front repository. That is one sweet hunk of walnut!
