Managed a 520 out of 540 for the NRL22 stages, had a great turnout of 33 shooters.

Gunguy308 you must be one of the only NRL22 shooters on RFC or no one talks about it. I’ve went to 2 match’s just to watch and help the club by working.

My son just bought a Bergara B14r and is setting it up for the August match. I’m undecided what gun I want, Bergara or CZ457

Of the 2 I see the Bergara as a better option as it's a standard rem 700 footprint. I'm not a fan of the small 22lr mags for NRL22 style competition as I want something bigger, especially with the stress of the clock. It's also super easy to get a spare mag holder for AICS style mags. Also it supports a standard rem700 trigger. Down side is you will be shooting in open (not that it's a real issue) just something to keep in mind. But that's what I look for as I shot PRS before NRL22, so keeping equipment similar is important to me.
But at the end of the day, either is more than capable accuracy wise. You dont need expensive equipment to be competitive, a rifle that will shoot sub 1/2" at 50 yards will work just fine. Biggest advice is always get out and shoot, because you don't know what to work on until you do, try to find the top shooters and squad with them.

I'm not a pro, but I'll try to help the best I can.

Love to hear it! It's nice you can enjoy the sport together

My girl enjoys shooting but not enough to join me in a match. She also has some physical issues. So she would struggle with any position type shooting. So she keeps it casual

I understand, my wife has MS, no doubt if it wasn't for that she would kick my %%% a lot!
It was funny to hear everyone go quiet at nationals when she walked up with her cane to get her 3rd lady trophy. She shoots the same COF as everyone else, only thing she worries about is prop height since she is 5'3".
