I got this beauty a few days ago from a dealer. I believe it was unfired. I have seen several of these, and this is the best. Took me 3 hours to get the grease and cosmoline, or whatever, out. Barrel has no ring, no carbon or copper came out. Finish is typical Russian, but the metal and wood have no wear marks.
White House, looks to have been born real close to yours. No range report yet. The stock is the terrible black, and I don't know if I am going to refinish it, or not. Is there any way to date these rifles?

I am working on the pics

The reference posts may contain some information that maybe useful:
References.
Also, is the metal spray painted the same as the stock?
How about some pictures of the bolt removed from the receiver.
And, the action separated form the stock - please.

Looks like you got real lucky.

It has the 3 lug bolt, 2 adjusting screws on the trigger [trigger is absolutely unbelievable]. Flat bottom receiver with cuts milled in it so it won't slip, firing pin does not protrude, has the knob on the back of the bolt. The metal is the painted black finish. I will try to get more pics later.. What were you looking for in the pics?

A dealer keeps finding them at some supplier. No cracks, as I said in an earlier post, I believe it had never been issued or fired. Other than rough wood finishing, looks new. I should have more pics tomorrow.

I want one too. Any chance I can contact this dealer to seek procurement?
