I bought this rifle at the gun show this weekend. It is a Tactical Innovations rear charging receiver and polished bolt, It has a 20" heavy taper barrel that has no markings at all on it. The target crown is recessed and barrel is matte stainless. This is the most accurate barrel I have ever come across and would like to narrow down who made it..

with no markings at all, it will be near impossible to find out who made it

did you take the action out of the stock and check the bottom of the barrel?

Could be a Hogue . They came in blue and Stainless . I owned a Stainless one . It wasn’t marked . . It was a great shooting barrel .
I sold it when I did my first 10/22 cleansing sale . . Which I done twice . Sold them all off and went to bolt action only .
This time I’ve narrowed it down to a nice number and won’t allow myself to buy anymore. Yea right !

Yea I took it out of the stock. There is no warning or caliber or any other markings. I've never seen one with nothing at all on it. AT 25yrds the whole hole on measures .30 for 5 shots!!
