Denny aka Brnoman has passed away

Log in to see fewer ads
I just saw this on another forum. Hate to hear this. Denny was always a joy to communicate with, and an unbelievably nice guy. His knowledge of Brno will likely never be matched.

I have bought things from him only to have them arrive before it was possible for his payment to arrive. He was incredible.

I am posting this here because, to my knowledge, this is the site where he posted the most, and where most people knew him. I have no doubt there will be much interest in his estate.

Take care,

Greg

I never had contact with the man, but; these notices are always sad to read.

Some one in Arizona might want to look into this.

This is sad news.

Denny set the bar as high as I've ever seen as far as customer service and support goes!

RIP...

Very sorry to hear this.

I had several deals with Denny and they went smoothly in every case. He was a gentleman and, as mentioned above, actually sent the items before receiving payment. The money and items crossed in the mail.

Denny will be missed. May he RIP.

Such sad news. He will be missed by all. His generosity, knowledge, trust of others and contacts abroad will never be equaled. I'm sure no one will ever fill his shoes. Maybe we could start a sticky all about Denny. RIP.

Very sad to hear this,
he was a stellar man, a great source of knowledge and hard to find parts.
I am sure he will be missed by his family, all that knew and dealt with him over the years.

Rest in peace, Denny. You were a true gentleman. I remember parts that I ordered from him arriving at my house two days after I put the check in the mail. He was a trusting soul.

I still have some parts purchased from Denny that I haven't installed yet. I will think of him and honor his memory when I do so.

I never met him. I only contacted him once back in late winter or early spring, I think. He responded right away.

I'm sorry to hear this...he was a gentleman in the truest regard. A fine person to deal with, and a wealth of information to the BRNO community.

RIP Denny.

As Gerald said, his absence and rumors of a possible health problem make this unsurprising. Rest in Peace, indeed. Denny was a true gentleman and a total pleasure to deal with. He was always helpful with information about his beloved Brnos. I had numerous transactions with him and he always sent whatever I ordered as soon as I ordered it without waiting for payment. Denny defined excellent customer service.
