Could be .38 super, or possibly 9mm Largo which is 9x21. Standard 9mm is 9x19.

does the pictured magazine fit a standard 1911 mag well? If so, then every 38 super or 9byxxmm magazine I've ever seen has a dimple running down the length of both sides of the magazine. Since the one pictured does not have these dimples I vote against any flavor of 355-ish caliber.

If it doesn't fit the standard 1911 mag well, then, who knows.... Would need a better dimensional description
