Help needed with ip address lock out

had to have wife make a new account on a different computer. am signed in to RMC on other computer but cannot do anything as i get message that my ip adress is currently awaiting authorization and click here . clicking does nothing says the exact same authorization thing. My wife is a real sweetheart but wants me off of her computer. I am veteran 1949
any help would be greatly appreciated
