How's the traffic where you are?

In this community with a major hospital, university, and a prison its down 80-90%. Its like the good ole days before my hometown sold its soul to the tourist dollar. My radar detector hasn't lerted to an LEO since this all began in earnest. Come to think of it I've seen very few LEOs either.

Virginia's Governor issued a stay at home order Monday. Tuesday the traffic was worse than any day of the previous week; almost back to pre-virus level. About the same every day since.

What part of "stay at home" did people mis-understand ?? They seem to have gotten it backwards....

As a transit bus driver, I was enjoying the light traffic, though the reason it's light is bad and sad.

Smile Can I play , too ?

Fair , to partly squirrelly ! There seems to be a lot fewer cars / pick ups on the road , but , it is still sneauxing , at PLUS 25 ~ 35 degrees . Slickness is especially bad near intersections. At times , it looks like curling , but with Subarus .

Not a big change, took wife to work today as an excuse to get out of the house. Our economy took such a beating from the oil dip in 15 we've been slowly getting less congested every year. Alaska isn't bad except tourist season, since that has been cancelled it's going to be empty roads.

Lots of Leo out and about, kinda surprising since Alaska solved crime by legalizing it.

The big surprise is the hospital, it's empty.

With most of the snowbirds gone itís more like summer traffic levels here. Thing is that with everything closed the only places I go is grocery shopping and the range.

Yee Gads man! Sneaux????? It's almost Easter !!!!!!! My Tomato is flowering !!!!

Y'all need to move that state further South.

Light traffic here. Popo in most departments are being told to limit their interactions with the public. Apparently four wheelers and dirt bikes are now street legal.

That guy who has to cut you off, right before the exit, when there is nobody behind you, is still on the road.

Being just outside the North end of town and only venturing in no farther than needed for grub & gas, I would say it's way down. But imagine the further across the city one go's the more non believers there are.

I've never seen the amount of people walking past the house that there is now. Some with dogs and family, some not. Some looking around like they never seen this area before, and some looking like their sizing us up.

Traffic is way down and the air is so much cleaner. The sky isn't hazy and the sunsets are beautiful.

Traffic is very light. This is one of the things keeping oil prices low, there is a glut of oil because no one is filling up. Its 1.99 gal here and that is very low for us.
