Remington model 200 lever action???

Log in to see fewer ads
My friend just bought a Remington model 200 30-30 lever action side ejection rifle. I was wondering if any of you guys have any info on it, like production dates, what its worth so on. Its in good shape blueing is good but slight patina color to it. It has a strong resemblance to my marlin model 03030 30-30, bolts the same, extractors the same , the ejector's the same. I haven't been lucky searching the web yet. OH YEAH it also says western auto parts on the rifle stamped withe factory stamping. I NEVER new Remington made lever actions. Anyways hes trying to decide to refinish it or not. I told him to hold off ti I looked into it a bit. Thanks for the help guys!!!!

This is new to me. I have always been told that the ONLY lever Rem ever made was there Nylon 22lr, Similar to the Nylon 66. Are you positive that it is Remington?

100 % rifle reads Remington model 200 30-30. I will try and get a pic. I pulled out my marlin and the action is Identical to it. The "Remington" has a thinner forend. This really bogles me.

You need to look again. Your rifle says REVALATION. These were made for the Western Auto Corp by Marlin.
