Winchester LF 22lr, 26gr, 1650 fps experiences?

Of course, all the cute cuddly wildlife are suffering from lead poisoning so CA has banned the use of lead ammo for all hunting (in phases, but it's final).

Today I went to wally world and saw some Winchester lead free 22lr ammo on the shelf. The specs are: 26 grains, 1650 fps, tin hollow-point bullet. With the general 22lr supply as meek as it is, I picked up a couple boxes at $0.20 per round to test.

Anybody have any experience with these rounds? How's the accuracy, or feeding/cycling/extracting? Does it kill'em dead?

I hunt tree squirrels with a 10/22 or cz 452.

I have not hunted with them, but the accuracy in several of my guns was horrible, maybe plinking standard if you are very close. No feeding issues as none of them were semi-autos.

available .22

I feel your pain for your limited choice of .22 ammo. I watch local big box sporting goods stores like a hawk to find ammo on sale with good sucsess. If you can legally have ammo shipped to CA. I would do the same
