Value of a Target Woodsman Sport?

I think that is what the 4" or 4.5" barrel version is called. It looks like the one in this photo belonging to "Flusher". Don't want to re-use his photo without permission. The bore is clean, stocks in decent shape, but the barrel has surface rust from the muzzle to the horse's head on the emblem. I thought of bead blasting it and having it Cera-Plated. I do not want to wrap up a small fortune in the thing. I want it as a shooter, it certainly will never look 100%. Thank you for any input.

It all depends on how bad the rust is.
