Beretta Model 76

Anyone own a model 76? I would appreciate any comments on yours, good or bad. My questions. The trigger appears to be similar to a M1911, as in a straight rearward pull rather than a hinged / pivoting trigger? Trigger pull weight? Nice and crisp trigger? How's current parts availability? Accuracy? Good sights? Thanks.

Model 76

I have a model 76 in very good condition.
It is accurate and has a nice crisp light pull trigger.
It is high maintenance to keep it running without jams after about 100 rounds.
I am currently selling it on consignment at a local FFL.

I have a 102, which is a 76 with a different roll stamp. The trigger is phenomenal to me. There is basically no parts availability. You can still find magazines.

I have a 102 and a Berettastein I built up on a 76 complete lower frame picked up for $49. Both are exceptionally smooth, accurate and very reliable. Parts can be found on the various auction sites(I do keep a surplus of spare parts), though yet to have anything break on any of the 16 or so vintage Beretta rimfires I shoot regularly. Original magazines are expensive, but a diligent eye can occasionally snag a bargain(mint condition original for $15 at LGS last month). Very, very good pistols.

Had a 76, trigger was so-so. Rear sight on the flimsy side of things.
- Triple-magazines for it were

If was a hitch I had to scratch, sold it.

Wouldn't mind a 70 or 87
