I recently picked up. Used MK II Competition Target in excellent condition. It looks brand new and has Ruger style target grips on it. Will post a picture as soon as I figure out how to post one. It has a 6-7/8 inch barrel and is all stainless.

Just based upon the look, they appear to be Ruger rings.

They are definitely Ruger rings. Solid as a rock and just as heavy.

I don't know whose rings they are. They came on the gun with the mount. I find nothing on them to indicate a maker. I'll provide some close-ups in case it helps.

Could they be Ruger? A google image search for "ruger stainless scope rings" turned up many similar rings, although most had cap screws that protrude higher.
