FYI

FYI-No photos required here, we work within an honor system as honorable. Posting format is in the match bulletin. Scope power is unlimited in 50 yd. USBR shooting, crank it up!!

Hey y'all: can I post a 25 yard target here that I shot for Danny's CZ match? It looks like the rules are the same...unless I missed anything. USBR Target, Sporter rifle. At 9X...I'll just have to watch the ammo cost and not post a target with R-50.

50 yds.

50 yd. entry-9/27/'17
238-5X
Best Shot
SK Biathlon Sport
Remington 511
Leupold 24X
Bald Eagle front and Protektor rear
Nice day.

This ammo really shot well. My experience with this old rifle shows as out-shot my new to me Rem 37. This is my second best score. I don't own a cell phone or digital camera for pictures. I spent that money on ammo and apple fritters.

I'm holding out hope for a Saturday afternoon trip with no winds. My best 25 yard was 245 this month with CZ 452 Lux. I'd like to try a 50 yard target with my Remington 581...since I can't shoot it in Danny's match and it's feeling neglected.

I added the yardage . Thanks . I tried 50 , but the wind got up and the ammo I was using made shooting even a fair score impossible.
What one can get away with at 25 yards , won't work at 50 . Kirby

Nice targets

Nice shooting Kirby. Fifty yards does depend more on ammo. A great day at the range also depends on Apple Fritters and nice days. Scores are just a bonus.
