I have new to me all weather stainless R55 T/C that I need weaver style bases for.
Do any of you guys have part numbers, or know where to get them ?

Also, this is my first R55, I am aware of the extractor issue, anything else I should be aware of ?

Thanks in advance,

These are Thompson bases but maybe you can find weaver made ones for less. Classic would be the same as R55.
Maybe more searching will find silver bases.

Thompson Center Classic Rifle Two Piece Base 9951

Looks like I am a decade and a half late to the party. Got a new to me T/C R55 Sporter with no ring bases. I want to scope her, 17m2 .....

Please direct me to a current seller if you know of one. Many thanks!

Weaver #411 (48632). I put a set on my R55 Classic a few months ago. They have a slightly smaller radius than the R22 receiver and must be lapped (with sandpaper over the receiver) to match. It would also be possible to bed them with epoxy as they are close as is. I lapped mine. The hole drilling is a perfect fit.My results were stellar. The scope is more perfectly centered than many of my other rifles. After about 1K rounds, the scope has required no further adjustment and at 50 yds. is at least as consistently accurate as my CZ bolt gun.Cost $7.58 on ebay.
