Actually I just found the reticle pic I copied and sent to them was from the first page of this thread. Anyways if anyone else is interested please post up here and I can try to see if we can get a better price. If not then I'll just order. Also any status on the stocks?

The update is that it looks like this is going to happen. This project is actively being worked on again and in the works as I complete the first phase of another two projects that some of you will appreciate. I'll post photos of them hopefully before the end of May. Meanwhile....things are moving forward now and hopefully by the end of the month I will have a solid update and report and possibly pricing and timing. Have a great weekend!

This is very good news. Thanks for your effort to move this forward, I know it took a lot of time and effort to do so; but the product will be excellent and worth the wait. I hope people realize that the cost for a specialty item like this will be greater than standard commercial rifles produced in large quantities. regards, Dale.

Should be interesting to see what you get. I don't think Eastwave has exactly what we are looking for, but there is only one way to be sure....

Hey, new to this forum site but definatly count me in for one. I would prefer the stock only if possible. However, I'm glad to see that this cool little rifle might finally be available in the US.

If this ever comes to fruition, I'd be interested in a stock-only -- as I've already got a 7-2.

It's going to happen. Just have to get a couple of other projects completed first. Hang in there. Within in the next few weeks I'll post photos of at least one of the other projects that has been in the works. I think some of you will like them too. ;-)

Fantastic. The current 7-2 stock cant offer a decent cheek-weld with any scope. Im currently shooting with a chin-weld!

MT-guns promises a 7-2 replacement stock, and the sv99 stock is in the works, so things are looking up. I'll hold off going the "adjustable comb" route on the current stock.

Wow this is a great project. I currently own a Sobol and don't mind at all converting it to a SV-99 clone. How can I get on this project?
