I have one of those and one of the LR version. Unless there is something wrong with it, it would be worth at least $300.

I can't decide on weather I should buy this or not. I dont really have a need for a 22 wmr as I have 2 17hmrs as well as several 223's. I even have several .22 lr I havn't even shot yet. right now I'm thinking I will pass.

ive decided against it. if you want this deal its at eaacorp.com. click on used rifles then call them on it. they told me 219 plust 20-30 shipping. the closest gun shops want 130 for a transfer fee I think I will keep it in the back of my mind and try to find a cheaper one at gun show or something along those lines. by the way the pic looks like it has a composite stock.

haha.. Well I decided against buying it then I found a store listed as vendor. well long story short I went to buy it this morning. Turns out I can't because EAA has not filled out the paperwork to sell to California. So No EAA guns coming to California. not even simple biathlon basics... HAHA what a joke these laws are becoming.

I have a BB in 22 mag and I gotta tell ya... I want to sell it but I like the gun so much I'm having a hard time letting go. I love the appearance... clean, simple lines. No silly nonsense. Just a really good shooter.

I've had a number of people ask me about it, and the more I describe the gun to them the less inclined I am to let it go.

Took it to the range yesterday. Went through the rest of an open box of 50 rounds. I had a few groups where the holes were touching at 50 yards. Very happy with the accuracy of the biathlon basic...

I am also a fan of the 22 WMR round. Quite a bit more zip than a 22 LR, but not so expensive and intimidating as a 223.
