Cant find the thread- but here is a short version of the slide info that I have guessed that has been produced. I have 12 different year Buckmark pistols in my collection.
The slides were as follows (as far as I can tell)

The slide on top is the first type. It has the hole for the pin that holds the firing pin in place.
The 2nd one down is a little different than the top( more space between the cut out and the back of the slide-for room to put the wide grips) but some wide grips were soldered on the slide for better grip. This also had been made first, with the hole for the firing pin pin before the new style firing pin assembly came out.

The top slide and the 2nd were made available for the new type firing pin and there was no hole on the side for the firing pin. As you can see, the serrations are separated from the very end of the slide.

And the bottom is the newer type slide with the slanted serrations next to the grip.

So I guess there was a 1 a with hole and 1 b without hole , a 2 a with hole and 2 b without hole and 3 slanted grips--- for the type of slides.

Can anyone find any different pics of any different slides that were on the Buckmarks ???

I have Halo Rings on my S&W Victory 22, Browning Buckmark Field Target, & Ruger Mark III and absolutely love them as does everyone else who shoots my pistols. I wish they made one for the S&W Model 41.

I was not aware of the Striplins option but for those older Browning slides, it appears to be a nice option. I will file that away for future reference.

2002 Camper slide pic. Had a basic Camper for a couple weeks til there was a safety issue with the sear/safety. That model had a flat slide. The camo version I traded it in for was like the Buckmark Standard with the ears on the slide.
