I really like your gun. But, I have to ask if you experienced any issues getting all three rings perfectly aligned? And, do you feel they provide some advantage to justify any headaches lapping them in?

What scope is that?

Thanks. No problem getting aligned, I just clamped a 1" bar in the rings before I tightened down to rifle. Only used three because I had them laying around. Scope is a older Bushnell 4200 elite 4-16 x 50.

How does it shoot? I plan on having my barrel converted to a integrally suppressed barrel, and knowing that they have to cut the barrel down to 12 inches and I am a little concerned about the accuracy.

Sorry, I don't seem to have a full body shot.
Is that a factory stock or aftermarket? Looks way to nice to be factory.

Hey bud, welcome to RFC!

It is factory. I'll confess I bought it because of the wood, but now that it shoots sub-1" groups with the GM Octagon BBL in .22WMR w/ Win. 34gr and Hornady TNT's at 100yds, I love it for the accuracy.

Here's a couple of pics of one of my factory 10/22 stocks. Ruger does have some nice looking wood, just have to search for it some. It's a lot easier to find nice looking on older Ruger No. 1's...Mr. Ruger's pet. My No. 1 has pretty nice feather crotch.

My JRS 77/22

Shilen Varmint SS Barrel

VQ Sear, with a Yo-Dave spring

Stock pillar and action beaded

Optics Sightron Big Sky II 4-16X42.

This thing shoots CCI mini-mags with precision. Longest shot was 80 yards no holdover, squirrel never knew what hit him.
