That is the one like on my 67A. I can see it is a little thinner than the one on my 67 finger groove stock but still not flush like the later 67A.

Took the 67A Boy's Rifle out this afternoon for general plinking. Great fun with inexpensive Aguila 40gr RN ammo.. Wonderful rifle. Thanks again to all who helped me learn more about this rimfire.

Jay is right about both things:

-The 67A designation was in 1949.
-That takedown screw sure looks like the second variation, the one that was recessed. I looked at several of my 67As, and in some the takedown screw is a bit 'proud' like yours.

The stock on yours is definitely the 67A variety, with a longer forearm.
