What are my options for weaver style bases for the wildcat? I think someone said weaver #15. Is there any other options?

Virtually anything that will fit a 3/8 groove should work - too many choices.

Is there Something Special You Are Trying To Do?

A weaver base is a good choice if you need a weaver base.

There are many one-piece scope mounts that will work.
As well as two-piece mounts.

For starters look at the BKL Technologies RINGS & MOUNTS

I am for sure going with weaver style mount. I don't want anything to do with the grooved receiver. What i am getting at, is there any other brands beside Weaver that will fit on the wildcat target model. I know there are a ton of brands but none of them specifically say for wildcat.

3/8 Dovetail Groove Adapter to Weaver Rail

Opps ... not a Weaver rail. But, Weaver sourced mounts - ohh, I get it now.
I'm not aware of any other manufacturer that produces a scope base
that will work on the Winchester Wildcat.

But, if you're trying to avoid directly attaching a scope to the 3/8 groove.
Then, you might consider using a BKL Technologies DOVETAIL TO WEAVER adapter
_to convert the 3/8 groove to a Weaver rail.
A Weaver rail will give you give you much more flexibility for mounting optics.
