Thank for checking out my build. I didnít get as good of pictures as I wanted, but sometimes a certain color stock just doesnít look like it should.

Here's the pictures taken in the sunlight. You can see the figure pretty good, but the color is terrible.





This stock took over 10 coats of Truoil before it started looking like it was supposed to. The final results of figured maple is great, it just requires a little more attention than some woods.

Wow! That looks completely different than the original stock, how many coats of wax have you got on the stock? I’m sure you have a lot of hours in it.

Too many to count, truthfully. I'm addicted to lay'n down coats of wax.. that stuff is magic.

It's still got a bit more work to go, but I'll call it 95% to where I want it. Too many hours sanding on it as well. But, it's become cathartic for me.
