I'm trying to repair my dad's old crosman mark I.

I've broken it down and have most of the power parts out, I can't get the "bolt" out. Anyone have disassembly instructions and a source for parts?

Here's mine. I also have the 38T model.

In fact, I think I have two each of the 38T and 38C, though not all of them work. At least two do, though.

The gas cartridge plug or nut or whatever it's called at the bottom of the grip of the Mark I is broken now. Anyone know where I could find one?

I owned a couple of 160's and a 180. I also used to have a few of the bulk-fill models, but sold them (mistake, I admit). I like seeing these, though!

That seems to be a rare part for the mark I. Thankfully mine is intact and working.
Does yours have the lever to piece the powerlet or the button? Apparently the earlier ones had the lever and the adjustable gas valve and that's what I've got.

For less than $100 he's going to rebuild my Mark I and have the frame refinished in Imron paint. So hopefully it sticks to this cast metal.
For that price it's not really worth my time to attempt to figure out how this thing comes apart, let alone the possibility of breaking it.
I'd email him and see if he's got any of the caps laying around, he's also got seal kits for $20.

It was the button one. Numrich doesn't have replacements. They DID have the piece for the S&W CO2 gun and I bought that and it fits perfectly, BUT the seal on it is shot. MAC 1 said he'd reseal it for something like $25 but I haven't gotten around to sending it to him yet.

yeah, I went to the crosman site. The documentation there is worthless when it comes to service/disassembly.
Honestly though, I'm just going to send it off to be worked on. It needs a proper finish put on it, and I don't feel like dealing with it.
