Its easy!
Get Speedpull plates for a 9mm glock.

Scuff the bottom of an OEM mag.

Epoxy them together.

Let the epoxy set.
DONE!

I actually get to claim credit for this mod.
I did this about 5 years ago... maybe more.
Posted it here and it has been slowly gaining popularity.
BTW I tried it in both directions and the way it is pictured above is best.

That is awesome, I'm gonna have to see if I can get some of those speedpulls here in NZ.

Hey 151proof

I love the gun. Care to share some of the part descriptions and maybe a total cost? I am really trying to decide between a 10/22 conversion or a .22 upper on an AR15 lower. Thoughts?

I run both, but 10/22 is more cost effective for practicality/dependability/accuracymaintenance/etc., among other useable features, above a .22 rimfire AR setup, in my opinion!

Keep them separated:
10/22 for short range (25-100yds) RF/plinking/target practice;
AR for long range (200-600/1,000yds) CF/Highpower/plinking/target fun!

That answered my question, and I think it looks better with the rail front flush with the receiver front, anyway!

Beautiful combination, JT!

I could break it down but alot of stuff were left over parts from my AR and given to me by friends. But I can make a quick list of prices.

10/22 Compact - $220 new
Archangel kit - $75 used
GM 16in Bull Barrel - $95 new
BSA 3-9x scope - $39 new
Bill Springfield trigger rework - $57
Custom Bolt rework - $75 new
Volquartsen Extracter - $11 new
TacSol Extended Mag Release - $5 used

I believe that's everything. So estimated total is $577 as it sits now. I never would've known I spent that much on this rifle til now. Most of the stuff I bought new we're on sale from the holidays. I guess when you piece everything together it doesn't hurt the wallet that bad...

For 25-50yds I use the Remington subsonic. Exclusively when shooting my 10 bull targets. Mini mags for 50 out to 200 when I'm more plinking than going for score. I like to set clay pigeons waaaay out there and pop them. FYI I also have had great results for plinking with the federal automatch (AM22) bulk packs from Walmart.

Defiantly pick up some remmy ss though
