here in western NY it's crick along with dropping the R at the end of a word like runnin, weddin and such. It has something to do with the immagrants coming down the Erie canal. The "crick" is loosing out to creek as time goes on.

And you save those "r"s up to tack them on to other words that didn't originally come with an r, like "idear", right?

Had friend ion the Army from Georgia and he liked RC Col-er. He put the r on the end...
