Between CZ 452 & Anschutz 22 cal. ?

I would like the
ANSCHULTZ 22 MATCH
However, it's too $$$$
expensive for me.

Question:
Is there a .22cal.
with good accuracy price range between
the two rifles I mention ?

I have had 452's, a 455, and now a 457 all shoot great but........... The Tikka T1x I just got out shoots them all

I tried to answer your message but it said you were not excepting messages. I gave 1100 for the anschutz I shoot local club shoots it has no troubles whooping on a cz I shoot lapua Midas plus for money and cci standard for fun. I am very happy with the rifle

I'd agree on buying an older Anschutz. I've got multiple 452's and they're great shooters but the 54 action Anschutz is just a different class. It also outshoots my T1x. My Anschutz was made in 1978.

There is no guarantee one will out-shoot the other.

There are plenty of CZs that will out-shoot plenty of Anschutzs, and vice versa.

With a used gun you may be able to determine the accuracy of the rifle by talking to the owner; perhaps targets are available. I prefer buying used over new for this reason.

Since I'm assuming that a can't buy a replacement for one.

Is it possible to re-weld a broken Model 54 firing pin?

Surely there is a used market for 54 parts as many as were built.
Maybe I should look for a few replacement parts I plan on owning this for the rest of my life

I have taken care of Anschutz and Walther Match rifles for a German gun club for many years and they were very poorly treated but I myself have never seen a .22 l.r. fp seen failing, centerfire fp for Walther KKJ and Anschutz .22H, I saw failing.

As to buying a 14xx series fp, you are looking at a minimum of $150 ... if you find one.
