Shul stock wanted

This summer my 11 yr old granddaughter started going with me to the range and by summers end was going thru a big box of WallyWorld before I could do do 2 practice targets.
However, the gun is way too big and for her.
Does any body have an old Shul stock they would be willing to let go, so I can do a cut it down for her.

i'll ask around, have you thought about just getting her a cz or something
to start with that's not as picky on ammo. the fellow in here that sells parts
might have one.

Tom
I am surprised at that question. Using Suhl and CZ in the same sentence??
Kind of like comparing a Yugo to a Ferrari

gotta start 'em somewhere don. a friend of mine built a bench gun for his
nephew, a suhl action, mcmillan stock, harrel tuner, hart barrel, weaver scope,
this was the boys first ever rifle, he goes to the range once a month or so
and shoots, eley eps chambered he can't really afford to enjoy it much. i told
my friend why didn't you just get him a marlin, cz, or something he could take
out to the woods with his buddies and their guns and shoot cheaper ammo?
question? what's the better way to go? i bought my nephews 25 marlins they
shoot them all the time with any ammo they can get hold of. maybe i should have
waited until i could afford suhls for both of them so they could shoot once a month.
maybe cz was a bad choice, just seems like a well built gun for the money.
by the way grover if you can't find a used one i'm sure don can make you up one.
got any pink wood don?

how often does she shoot with you? is it just benchrest shooting? we need more info.

by the way don makes great stocks for sure!! i have a suhl stock on order with him right now and simply can't wait to get it in. i'd say i'm about a month away from ghaving it in my hands, but i know the wait will be worth it for me!!!
the stock ha made for my hall is simply great!! when i pulled it out and showed it to my smith he said" man that is ganna be a pretty piece of wood for sure"!!

a factory suhl stock brings alot of money normally, but for a future shooter i'd say somebody will make you a deal on one. if i had my old one back i would.

Don/Grover the stock I have has cracked or broke in the grip area so I figured it would be a good donation to start somebody out, It would not be a big deal to cut it! and not ruin any value. I would like to get rid of it as soon as Don get's mine done. So let me know! I forgot to mention that it was repaired!

I actually own one, but have never fired it. Anything that needs more than 2oz on trigger pull to fire is useless to me. I even put a 2oz Anschutz trigger on the NS 522 before trying to shoot it.

The one I found is a factory stock. One of my customers had it laying on a shelf

i know don will make me a stock out of good looking wood so i'm not really worried about it at all. boy i can't wait to get everything finished this year and to start braking in a new barrel and testing out ammo for each rifle.
